Process & Scheduling · FAQ
What about outside the home?
Three items. First, move all vehicles out of the driveway and away from the perimeter of the home — the crew needs driveway access for the dumpster and material staging, and a 10-foot buffer around the house for ladder positioning. Second, move outdoor furniture, grills, and decorative items 15 feet from the foundation. Third, secure pets and inform anyone working in your yard that day so they can avoid the work zones.
For landscaping concerns: Trill lays ground tarps over flower beds and shrubs near the install zones. The crew avoids walking on landscaping where possible. If you have particularly sensitive plantings near the home, mark them with flags and we’ll work around them. Damage rates from a typical install are very low; the prep is mostly preventive.
