Process & Scheduling · FAQ
How far in advance should I schedule?
4 to 8 weeks in normal conditions, 8 to 12 weeks after major storm events. Trill manages the schedule actively — emergency repairs and weather-driven priorities get fitted in continuously, so the calendar isn’t fixed in stone. If your situation is time-sensitive, mention it; we’ll see what’s possible.
For homes selling and needing a roof before closing, we can usually accommodate within 2 to 3 weeks if you flag the deadline at the estimate visit. For non-urgent replacements where timing is flexible, scheduling in March for a May install gives you the best calendar slot. The longest leads are during May to July of years with significant spring storm damage — those backlogs can hit 10 to 14 weeks.
