How much decking gets replaced during a typical roof replacement?

The number climbs on homes with prior leaks (chimney, valley, skylight), homes older than 40 years, or homes with previous roof overlays where the decking never got inspected. Trill prices decking at $75 to $95 per sheet installed and confirms the count with photos before billing.
