Process & Scheduling · FAQ
When does the material arrive?
Typically 1 to 3 days before the install day, sometimes the morning of for smaller jobs. The shingles ship from the regional distributor (Bridgewater or ABC Supply in our service area) to your driveway on a flatbed. The driver crane-lifts the bundles onto the roof if access allows, or stages them in the driveway if not.
Trill confirms the delivery time so you know what to expect. The bundles in the driveway are heavy (60 to 80 pounds each) and shouldn’t be moved by anyone but the install crew. If delivery timing is a concern (you need driveway access for other reasons), we can stage at our yard and bring material with the crew on install morning — that adds a small fee for the extra transport but works for tight driveway situations.
