Process & Scheduling · FAQ

What’s the process if I need to file a warranty claim?

Call Trill first, not the manufacturer. We assess on-site whether the failure is workmanship-related (we handle it under our 10-year workmanship warranty), manufacturer-related (we file the claim with the brand on your behalf), or something outside warranty coverage (we’ll quote the repair).

The manufacturer filing process is paperwork-heavy: photos, install records, weather records, and (for some claims) a sample of the failed shingle for lab analysis. Trill handles all of this on your behalf as part of the post-install service. From the customer perspective the process is: call us, we visit, we file, the manufacturer pays the replacement material cost directly, and Trill installs the replacement. About 85% of legitimate claims pay out within 60 days of filing.
