Process & Scheduling · FAQ

What time does the Trill crew arrive on install day?

6:30 to 7:30 a.m. on most days, earlier in summer when daylight allows and we want to minimize afternoon heat exposure. The crew sets up before going up: dumpster placement, ladder positioning, ground tarps to protect landscaping and the driveway, and a final material count.

Tear-off typically starts by 8:00 a.m. and proceeds in sections so the deck never sits exposed overnight. Lunch is on-site (the crew brings their own); they don’t leave the property mid-day. End-of-day is typically 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. depending on weather and progress, with a clean-up pass that includes a magnetic nail sweep of the yard and driveway. We finish each day with the roof either fully sealed or properly tarped for weather.
