What happens if weather cancels the install day?

Trill reschedules without penalty. If rain is forecast above 30% for the install day, we make the call by 5:00 p.m. the day before so you have notice. If weather rolls in mid-install, the crew tarps the exposed sections and resumes the next clear day. There’s no cost to you for the delay or the tarping.

The exception is materials already delivered to the property. Once the shingles are at your home, they’re effectively yours; we won’t take them back. But weather-related delays after material delivery don’t change the contract price or invoice timing. Our scheduling team builds in a couple weather days per month so most projects start on the originally planned date or within 2 to 5 days of it.
